- Product Information
Scentora offers luxury perfume decants repackaged in smaller bottles (10ml). We ensure the quality and authenticity of every fragrance we decant. Our refilling service allows customers to reuse their existing bottles by replacing only the inner glass bottles - Order Processing and Shipping
Order Processing: All orders are processed and shipped on the next working day after the order is placed.
Shipping Time: You can expect to receive your order within 2-3 working days after shipping.
Shipping Regions: We offer shipping across Sri Lanka using standard shipping methods. - Refill Policy
Customers can request a refill by contacting us through phone, WhatsApp, or email.
In the refill process, we will only replace the inner glass bottle of your decant, while the outer perfume bottle remains the same.
We will collect the existing glass bottle from you during the refill process. - Returns and Refunds
Returns: We do not generally accept returns for decants due to the nature of the product. However, under special circumstances, such as if the product arrives damaged or in an unusable condition, we may consider a refund.
Refund requests are subject to investigation from our end to verify the issue before any refunds are approved.
Please note that our products undergo strict quality checks, so it is highly unlikely for damage to occur. - Payment Terms
We offer the following payment methods:
Cash on Delivery (COD)
Bank Transfer
Easy payment schemes such as KOKO/PayZy
Full payment is required before shipping the product unless COD is selected.
